🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Glossy Woods

At Glossy Woods, every product is carefully handcrafted using premium-quality wood. 🛍️ We want you to shop with confidence, so please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

📦 Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled before production or dispatch.
- Once a handmade product has entered production or has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

💰 Booking Amount

For selected handmade or custom orders, a Rs. 500 booking amount may be required to confirm your order.

- This booking amount is non-refundable once production has started.
- The remaining balance can be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) or as agreed during order confirmation.

✅ Returns

We accept returns only if:

- You receive the wrong product.
- The product arrives damaged during delivery.
- You receive an incomplete order.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share clear photos or videos of the issue.

❌ Returns Not Accepted

Returns will not be accepted if:

- You change your mind after placing the order.
- You dislike the natural wood grain, texture, or slight color variations that are part of handmade craftsmanship.
- The product has been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.

💳 Refunds

If your return request is approved:

- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

🔄 Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.
