All products sold by Glossy Woods are handcrafted using premium-quality wood. As every item is handmade, slight variations in wood grain, texture, color, and finish are natural and make each piece unique.
💳 Orders & Payments
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We accept payments through the payment methods available at checkout.
- For selected handmade or custom products, a Rs. 500 booking amount may be required before production begins.
- The remaining balance, where applicable, can be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD).
🚚 Shipping
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.
🚫 Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch. Once production of a handmade product has started or the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
